The Leadership Monongalia Class of 1999.

Leadership Monongalia is an intensive public affairs/leadership development program designed to expand the community's civic leadership. Through a seven month program of day-long seminars, participants engage in face-to-face discussions with experts and key decision-makers in areas of vital concern to Monongalia County.

The program aims to develop and enhance personal leadership skills, provide knowledge enrichment of Monongalia County and to develop an cultivate leadership involvement throughout Monongalia County.
