The following dates are final but topics may be re-arranged to accommodate availability of speakers or events. With the exception of a few dates which are indicated in the schedule, sessions will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month. Every attempt has been made to schedule around WVU home games, holidays, spring break and the Monongalia County School calendar.

The third Wednesday of each month is traditionally the Morgantown Area Chamber of
Commerce Business After Hours. Students will be notified about the location of the
Business After Hours. The typical schedule for business after hours is 5:30 p.m.
