Meghann Gregory is a Designer at the Morgantown location of Desmone Architects, a 60-year old architecture and interior design firm.
With separate degrees from Fairmont State University in Civil Engineering and Architecture and with a Master's in Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Meghann Gregory has found Desmone to be an excellent fit for her varied skill set and an "inspirational atmosphere for young professionals to thrive" in pursuing her architecture license. She is deeply entrenched in creation of drawings and renderings, as well as, specification writing and project management.
Since acceptance into the 2018 class of Leadership Monongalia, she has established great friendships and professional acquaintances throughout Monongalia and Preston counties. Her areas of design interest include adaptive re-use and urban planning, especially within undeserved small towns. "Being from a small town myself, effective property reuse is extremely important to me," she adds.
The opportunity with Leadership Monongalia has provided Meghann with knowledge to incorporate acquired knowledge into professional practice.
