Samantha Esposito graduated from West Virginia University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in public relations and a minor in communication studies from the Perley Isaac Reed School of Journalism. She interned throughout college as a resident services representative, where she obtained a full time position after graduating. Esposito went on to become the marketing associate at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Morgantown, WV.
Esposito then became the marketing director for Pierce Education Properties, a national student housing company. She worked there from 2013-2015, when she then decided she wanted to focus her marketing efforts on teaching.
Esposito is now the Director of Career Management at West Virginia Junior College Morgantown/Online where she oversees the process of graduates gaining employment in their field of study and community outreach.
Esposito was a part of the 2018 Leadership Monongalia class, where she was able to make great strides in the local and surrounding communities, from the information and sessions throughout the program. She attributes Leadership Monongalia to bringing community, professionals, and resources to all parties involved.
